What are the shipping times?
We ship via KITE EXPRESS or in-house courier service. Deliveries are normally made from Saturday to Thursday, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Product(s) will typically arrive within 3– 10 business days (though shipping can take longer in certain regions).
The courier will contact you before delivering the order to arrange with you a convenient delivery time. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays.
How long does it take to ship my order?
All our products are available for immediate purchase
We usually ship within 2 business days if the size is not available we restock it with 5 days that are included in the shipping period
How much does it cost to ship my order?
Actual costs for shipping are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information on the website.
Can I exchange/return an Item I bought?
If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, we will happily accept returns or exchange.
We only accept returns/exchange if items are returned to the courier on the spot.
The return shipping costs to our warehouse [Egypt] are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.
If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to the courier and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our website
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order

How accurate is color display on the internet?
As accurate as we can make them, please be aware that the color settings can vary depending on your computer monitor, mobile device, or tablet. We always make our best effort to display colors as accurately as possible.
How can I take accurate body measurements?
Bust - Measure the bust at the fullest part. Measure all around the body (total circumference).
Waist - Measure around the natural waistline.
Hip - Measure the hips at the fullest part.
