⚠️ Closing Sale Notice: As Puka is closing, all sale items are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds on discounted purchases. This policy applies on all clearance items.

If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, we will happily accept returns or exchanges.

• We only accept returns/exchanges if items are returned to the courier on the spot.
• The return shipping costs to our warehouse [Egypt] are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.
• If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods to the courier and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our website.
• Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them
